Delivery Details
We can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. Any extra delivery charge will be communicated to you by email and at that point you may cancel your order or pay the additional charge.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.
Shipping on all orders over £100 (including bikes and home trainers) is completely FREE!
To qualify for free shipping:
- Your delivery address must be within the United Kingdom
- Your order, after any discounts, must be £100.00 or over
For all other orders including those under £100 we have a 2 stage flat rate pricing policy: one price for all components and another for bikes and home trainers. The amount you pay will is as follows.
- Components/Clothing : £5.00
- Bikes & Trainers : £30.00
Delivery charges will be clearly shown on the shopping cart page and will update as you add items to your order.

Refund/Returns/Cancellation
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase).
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged caused when packing goods - please take care
Software can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Personalised products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Methods of return are as follows:
1) To a Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre
The easiest and quickest way to return your item or items is to take them to Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre Ltd (Cannock Chase) for a replacement or refund along with your copy invoice as proof of purchase.
2) By post (if the item has been posted to you)
To return an item by post you must firstly contact Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centrer by phone on 01889 575170. We will issue a Returns Number which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Number cannot be accepted.
Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Number is included with the items returned.
3) Collection by Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre (larger items delivered to you by courier)
Depending on the size and weight of the item you wish to return, it may be necessary for Fudges Cycle Store to collect your goods from you and we may charge you for collecting the goods if they are not faulty. We will inform you if collection is necessary when you contact us about your return.
For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Number is included with the items returned.
Promotional items: When returning items that were purchased online as part of a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy , Get a Free' offer, all of the items involved in the offer must be returned.
When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge.
We will endeavor to process returns within 14 working days of receipt.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt.
Note:
- You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
- If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. (Please try to include all original packaging with the returned item)
- If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection of the goods at your expense, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.
- This cancellation does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.
All prices are shown in £ sterling. Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
All prices on the site include VAT @ 15% where applicable with UK guides
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Our online store can only accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK addresses.
